How are you?

One of the biggest problems of todays world is communication gap, with yourself. We are so engrossed in materialistic things that we often forget to talk to the one person that is most important to us. This gap leads to depression, suicide, and other mental health issues. It doesn’t take a lot, just sit quietly, close your eyes and just talk to yourself for minimum of 5 minutes. 99% of your problems will go away.

“How are you?
Hope you are well
Things haven’t been great here
It’s a fiasco everywhere

Life didn’t turn out
The way we anticipated
I was hoping
That you’d talk to me

This communication gap
Has taken another lap
Its been years
Spent in tears

Where are you?
So much stuff is due
For I’m still waiting for your return
At life’s every turn

Well I have to go now
For no one puts pen to paper anymore
Hoping to see you one day
On this side or the other.”
